A combination of techniques that I saw on CC. My beautiful daughter Corentine asked me a cake with all the styles mixed together. I really enjoyed the pleated technique, it is easier that it looks. This is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry jam filling covered with fondant. My sweety was really happy!
