I took this cake to a party and the guests thought that it was a real gingerbread house! 4 6" sq stacked, carved, & covered with fondant. I made walls and roof out of G/F. I cut panels just as if it were a real gingerbread house. Let it firm up for a day. I added lights in front of the cake. Then I applied the panels, about 1/2" away from the cake, with RI. Windows are gelatin sheets.
