I made this for a friend's 40th birthday. The margarita glass is filled with lime jello. It's vanilla cake filled with dark chocolate filling, covered in fondant. Pom pom flowers are made with buttercream. Rosette border is buttercream. I used clear piping gel around the rim of the glass and dipped it in pearl sugar crystals. The peppers were a fun little touch, also made out of fondant.
