This was my very first birthday cake to make! I made it for my suitemate and it is Devils Food cake with crushed Oreos in the batter. It has a cream cheese and Oreo filling and a dark chocolate frosting on the outside. It was also my first experience with fondant, so I just used it to decorate a little bit!
