My Dad's Bday Cake
My Dad loves strawberry shortcake so I made him something a little more special than the usual grocery store type. It had fresh cream and strawberry in the layers. The whole thing is frosted with fresh whipped cream so it was difficult to get it to keep form but it was delicious!

All mint leaves. My Mother picked tons from her garden that morning to bring me.
