This cake was for my partners mothers birthday. I got the idea for this cake from another user, I saved the photo a while ago and not sure who the user was, but their cake was beautiful. The one I've made had its flaws but practice makes perfect right?! It is a GF orange almond and ricotta cake with lemon butter cream icing and fondant decorations.
