For my husband's birthday, he plays the piano. Vanilla Bean Cake with Caramel and SMBC filling, covered in MMF with hand piped Royal Icing and gumpaste Grand Piano. Basic design is from Lindy Smith's book 'Cakes to Inspire and Desire' with a few of my own changes.
