my first 'proper' birthday cake, i lost sleep over this cake but i am pleased to say it turned out well. The turrets (after much experimenting) are hollow sugarpaste marked with a knife to look like brick, they have icecream cones on the top with flowers glued to it with a dab if water. The cake was surprisingly simple once i knew what i was doing. It is covered with glitter which in my opinion you can never have to much of on a girly castle :)
