Thank you! The royal icing tranfers are attached to lollipop stick with royal icing and stuck in the cake.

Thanks! Just like you would make a frozen butercream transfer or a colorflow. Outline in a regular royal icing, then fill in with thinned royal icing (thinned with a very small amount of water.)
