This is my first cake with a FBCT. Vanilla cake. Took me 3 hours to make the FBCT and I am very proud of the result. Once it was frozen, it broke in 2, right in the middle of Ariel's face... but lucky for me, I put it back in the freezer for a few hours and when it was time to put it on top of the cake, it was just perfect again. I really like this technique and I think this is the first of many more to come. Thanks for looking.
