Design based on Confetti... The california rolls and sushi are made from RKT and fondant. Using a pasta maker helped with all the shredding needed! Hours after send off the cake I realized that I forgot to include the wasabi and ginger! Oh well... Luckily it was a gift for a good friend of mine who loves sushi.
