I made this cake for my daughter's 4th birthday! My first attempt at a topsy turvy cake. Top tier is fondant covered, vanilla cake with macadamia nuts and white chocolate, cream cheese icing. Bottom tier is vanilla cake with strawberry filing and cream cheese icing. She loved the cake and I was happy that she was happy!
