This is my first attempt at a Topsy Turvy cake. I actually made this as a freebie for a end of winter season break up party at my place of employment. I needed the practice for a wedding topsy cake due in November. What do you think? The wedding cake will be 3 tiers and a bit bigger in size.. do you think I've pulled it off ok?
