This cake was created with the bride's birch tree theme. I used pretzel rods dipped in dark chocolate, then dipped again in white chocolate. When cooled, I used a knife to cut up the "bark" to resemble the trees which were used in the hall decor. A lot of work but I think it turned out nicely.
