As requested by my 4 year old for his birthday I had a go at making the shark cake from Debbie Brown's book 'gorgeous and gruesome cakes for children'. It was my first cake since I had my second baby and at only 4 weeks old it was pretty challenging trying to find time to make this cake with a newborn but I am glad I did it because my son was thrilled.
