1/2 sheet cake covered in buttercream. water is piping gel. figures & pool toys are gumpaste. border is wafer cookies covered in candy melts. the client was having 2 parties, one for the kids and another for family so i put the cupcakes around the cake so the kids could all have a cupcake and the cake was then taken to the family party.
