My second cake created for my niece's birthday. Each book is a different cake flavor with vanilla buttercream & vanilla fondant and hand painted. Hedwig is made of rice krispies with buttercream, fondant and piped with royal icing. The table top is covered in fondant and hand painted with food coloring. (Professionally photographed by a friend)
