Only the 2nd cake I ever iced... it was for my son's 3 birthday party at home... he's a big Cars fan. Took me forever (funny when I think back to it! lol) but I was so proud at the time. Now I look back and see mistakes! lol! But it was this cake that got my friends to encourage me to take "orders" from them and made me realize how much I love doing this! Can't wait to learn more and more! The base cake is half chocolate and half almond. The McQueen cake on top is red velvet.
