this cake was for a friend of my sister's and my mom called me at like 2am while I was working on it, to tell me that I should have smashed up some bananas and put it under the fondant on the tush so when she cut into it, it would appear to be a 'full diaper' ... I didn't do it but thought it was funny and might be a good gag idea for someone prepared for the surprise!
