I'm just a hobby baker and felt so professional because I had to deliver it early to the restaurant. I got the best compliments from the staff and other customers. The bottles were sugar/corn syrup. They were a challenge to keep dry and after sitting in the cake for just two hours they absorbed quite a bit of moisture and turned spotty. It worked out for this cake because it looked like condensation. Inspired by all the wonderful ideas on CC and for all the help in technique.
