I am just starting out as a decorator. I have always wanted to be a cake artist, and after some tragedy at 18, I wasn't able to attend a private college for culinary arts. Years later I moved to a small town, where nice cakes aren't available. I started to pick up my old love again and would like to one day open a bakery. This cake is my first using my new edible ink printer. Photo cakes are an unheard of anomaly out here!
