Cake base is carved into a mound, iced in buttercream and covered in brown sugar. Flip flops are each on their own board; carved and iced in buttercream, then covered in marshmallow fondant. Straps are gumpaste and daisy is also gumpaste. Sunglasses are handpainted gumpaste and seashells are molded white chocolate.
