I use four 6in cakes stacked. I used a 6in SPS round between them. Each one was torted and filled with ganache and covered in buttercream. Then I rolled the fondant around it, instead of draping. Then just piped "beer foam" on the top and down the seam. Painted with a mixture of red and brown colors mixed with vodka. The pretzels and peanuts are fondant. The board is fondant with a woodgrain texture and coloring.
