This cake is a very girly pink cake with a very girly giraffe on top! It was made for a 30th birthday surprise cake. The cake its self is cookies and cream cake with fresh sweetened whipped cream with crushed oreo filling (three layers of filling and four layers of cake), then iced with vanilla buttercream, then covered with a mixture of marshmellow fondant and store bought bakels fondant (australian) I use one part bakels and 3 parts marshmellow its very nice to work with! The giraffe and the hearts are made from satin ice gumpaste.
