For a 4th birthday party. Buttercream ruffles and the outer dress is fondant. Used a Tinkerbell Barbie and wrapped her legs in plastic wrap. Cake was made with the bottom of a giant cupcake pan and then carved for shape so it was tall enough to fit the full doll.
