Here's a minnie mouse cake I made for a first birthday, it took me 16 hours to finish (I count running around to get everything to cleaning my kitchen after) 12 inch raspberry truffle cake with buttercream icing and 8 inch red velvet with cream cheese filling and buttercream icing. I made the accents of fondant and gumpaste. I thought it came out great till I got to the party and it was on a chair sliding off and ruined, need I say more :(
