This cake was made with Pilsbury's sugar free mix and sugar free icing because my Mom is diabetic. It smoothed out OK, but there were 'grainy' bits in it - almost like teeny tiny tapioca pearls. All the colored icing is my regular BC recipe... I just told her she had to scrape that off. =)
