This MONSTER cake was made for my mother's 57th birthday. The cake was coconut cake with coconut swiss meringue buttercream (on the bottom) and chocolate with chocolate (on the top) My husband created the shell of the arcade machine out of wood and I covered it in fondant. The cake is located in the center console area as well as the "roof" of the machine tucked behind the top-center Pac-Man logo. Inside, I threaded lights! All-in-all, the cake took me 20 hours to make, not including the hour it took my husband to construct the shell. Thanks for looking!
