I was asked to do a 40th (Ruby ) Anniversary cake. They didnt want anything too in your face 40. I was stuck with not having a lot of Ruby coloured icing so i went with the pink/red combo. it was my 1st time doing an Anniversary cake and Sugar Paste Roses. I was really happy with how it turned out. And the happy couple were delighted with it.
