Jenice & Sam's Wedding Cake/cupcakes
Designed and made for my daughter's wedding last Fri. Did 75 chocolate and 75 white cupcakes filled with raspberry filling. I used rolled buttercream and topped them with a gumpaste/fondant flower with a black candy for the center. 2nd tier of the cake is a dummie and top was white cake with their monogram with simple flowers and ribbons. Glass was cut by a glass shop and it held 135 cupcakes. I used dummie cakes covered in ribbon to separate the tiers. I worked for months on this design to fit what they wanted but also what I thought I could achieve being the mom of the bride with everything else going on. Took a a huge amount of planning but turned out great and they loved it. I was very happy with the colors as well.
