To cut out on some prep time, I tried to make a gift box cake by stacking Betty Crocker mix chocolate cakes covered in Fondant.... The whole thing just collapsed and ended up looking like a big round ball of fondant! Never again will I use cake in a box for a big project. At least the bow turned out good!
