My son wanted a "camping cake" for his 7th birthday. Half of the bottom sheet is vanilla cake. The other half under the mountain is rice krispies. The bottom half of the mountain is rice krispies and the top half is chocolate cake. The trees are ice cream cones piped with buttercream with a star tip. The bears and tent are fondant and gumpaste.
