For my son's 3rd birthday. Original design by sweet pudgy panda on flikr. Top cake - 6in, orange dreamcicle flavor with white choc ganache. Bottom cake - 10in macsmom version of the WASC choc cake with choc ganache. Everything is done in fondant except the clouds and 3. The happy bday sign is paper. All 3 trains were handmade by me in fondant/gum paste mixture. I worked on this cake longer than I have any other, but I think it was worth it. And I am happy with the outcome!
