The majority of the details are handmade. I did end up purchasing the sponge bobs, patrick, and Mr. Crabs. I used Color Mist to fade the bottom layer into the middle one. and then marbled the leftover fondant from the middle into a lighter shade of blue. This made each layer blend into the other.
