Ed Hardy cake I made for my daughter. The cake is a very moist carrot cake w/ cream cheese icing. The cake was too moist to withstand all of the icing and I had a hard time smoothing it out with the Viva method. The cake called for a glaze poured over the hot cake layers so I will forgo that step the next time (although the taste is to die for!!) TFL!
