Castle cake is iced in buttercream with royal icing accents and disco dust on the turret tops. Used the Wilton Castle set. Each tier is 3 layers instead of 2 which is why I had to make a larger front door out of fondant instead of using the small door included in the castle set. White cake with cookies and cream filling and chocolate cake with chocolote fudge filling.
