The very talented Wendl originally did this cake and I decided to try it too. Buttermilk spice cake with cinnamon buttercream filling, all decorated with fondant. Yarn ball is a RKT covered in fondant. Cake board is covered in marbled fondant tiles and fondant grout. Bag creases were painted on by hand. My first time marbling fondant, as well as painting on fondant. Had a lot of trouble with this cake, especially the paper bag overhang. Gotta give a shout out to my husband for his mad photography skills that made the shadows look like the kitty was further inside the bag. Thanks for looking!
