I got the idea for these cupcakes in the "What's New Cupcake" book. My daughter had a music theme for her 8th birthday party so I made these along with a guitar cake. The mini ice cream cones were made by (Joy) and I was able to get them at our Target. The microphone part is a donut hole covered in icing and then rolled in silver sprinkles from Michael's.
