This was for a cousin of mine who turned 16, she requested feathers and hot pink and teal, I searched everywhere and for some reason my town did not have any feathers anywhere, so I finally had to go to the childrens department of walmart and use a feather boa lol I cant ever seem to find things when I really need them!
