Was asked to do a cake with an artsy elephant on it! This is a traditional tres leches cake frosted with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. Couldnt cover in fondant with the whipped cream so put the elephant on just as we arrived with supports under her. Same with the gumpaste flowers. :)
