A surprise birthday cake to a lady who wears flipflops all year long, be it winter, spring, summer or fall. Everything is made of fondant including the flipflops. I made it a week before so it will thoroughly dry up. The cake is mocha-vanilla marble with caramel cream filling. I must say, she's very very happy with it!
