The sheet cake under it is chocolate and the cross is strawberry. I covered it with white fondant and painted the ferns and celtic patterns. That was with a pretty stencil I ran across! After I put that on it, I added gold pearl dust to make the green stand out more. My mother made me small candy crosses that I found a use for on the cake to give it that little extra.
