This adventurous cake represents the vision of a young girl who recently turned 13. She came to me with a concept drawing of what she wanted so I made it for her. The bottom tier is covered in giraffe print with lemon cake and Bavarian cream filling; the second tier was covered with hand painted leopard print with chocolate cake and peanut butter filling; the third tier was an ocean wave motif with coconut cake and creamy coconut filling; and the top tier was zebra print with Oreo cookie cake and white chocolate ganache filling. She said every tier was very delicious and loved by all. The cake was also fun because I got to use my clear European cake stand. Inside the stand the client put one of her birthday presents, a live beta fish!
