Well this was my first attempt at "upgrading" from cupcakes! The cake was for my daughter's first birthday. I used the Wilton Pillow pans for the top two tiers, and a white chocolate tiara with a swan princess theme. I really enjoyed learning (the good and bad!) whilst making this, but I never would have been able to start this cake if it wasn't for all the wonderful advice and information on this forum - so thank you !
