First time managing to get smooth buttercream! Cake was 13 inch 3 layer WASC cake with strawberry buttercream in between layers, and vanilla to cover. Ganache over the top and fresh blackberries & strawberries. Made for a friend's surprise 50th. (and boy were they surprised!)
