This was a small wedding cake made for an intimate wedding in an outdoor setting. My first wedding cake creation and also my first square tiered cake. I was very pleased with the results. The cake was covered with buttercream. The branch was all chocolate clay and the white flowers were fondant/gumpaste. The doves were hand-modeled out of fondant/gumpaste and dusted with edible sparkle dust.
