This was made for my moms birthday this year. I used a wilton ready to use fondant kit, and made my own white marshmallow fondant, i tried to replicate a cake i saw on the show cake boss. I was very satisfied with it. It was a chocolate cake with chocolate filling with coffee flavor exctract. It was yummy.
