Chocolate Fudge Layers with Chocolate Buttercream & Milk Chocolate Ganache This cake was for a friend (who also teaches at the same school as I)...she had been telling her family for weeks that she wanted them to order her one since they had slacked on her birthday the past few years. Her sis contacted me on FB and due to being so busy, it took me a few days to respond. In the meantime, Lydia emailed me ordering her OWN birthday cake because she thought they were not.. I wasn't sure if she was supposed to know her sis had asked, so I kept quiet. Her husband and sisters were actually planning her a surprise birthday party and...Lydia ordered her own cake since I stalled the delivery for a couple of days! (Thankfully, she's still my friend! lol)
