I got this idea from another CC Cake, and i really loved it although the other cake was nicer! This is a three flavor cake, bottom is red velvet with cream cheese, middle is white with strawberry mousse, and the top is strawberry with butter cream filling. The roof is made from rice crispy treats, which is my favorite thing to work with right now!
