The flowers, leaves and branches are modeling chocolate. The butterflies are made of candy melts. To make them i printed pictures of butterflies, then put press-n-seal cling wrap over them and piped the melted candies on them, swirled them with a toothpick. I made the wings separate then when they cooled, piped a body and proped the wings up into it till they were one.
